Tobin Frank

Tobin Frank is now entering his twenty-fifth year of temporary work as the bass/accordion playing Special Guest with Spirit of the West.

He has also been spending his time lately as a special guest with the Vancouver-based band, The Paperboys.

He is currently living in Victoria as a special guest at the home of his girlfriend Lori, and their two cats, Garp and Owen.
